      clipboard mai save kiya ja sakta hai. Cut karne par vo text waha se hat
      jata hai. (Shortcut Key - Ctrl+X)




    • Copy: Iss command ki sahayata se select kiye hue text ki ek aur
      copy kare clipboard mai save ki ja sakti hai. Copy karne par vo text waha
      se remove nahi hota. (Shortcut Key - Ctrl+C)




    • Paste: Iss Command ki sahayata se clipboard mein save hue text ko
      cursor ke vartaman sthan par Paste kiya ja sakta hai. Tatha isamen
      upasthit option ki sahayata se alag-alag format mai paste kiya ja sakta
      hai. Isse Command ke pass sthit Drop Down Button par click karne par 9
      option wala ek Menu open hota hai. Jinmen nimn options diye hue hote

        ko document mein cursor ke vartaman sthan par paste kiya ja sakta hai.




      2. Formulas: Isse command ki sahayata se clipboard mein rakhe hue
        object ke formula ko worksheet mein cursor ke vartaman sthan par paste
        kiya ja sakta hai.




      3. Paste values: Iss command ki sahayata se clipboard mein rakhe hue
        object ki value ko cursor ke sthan par paste kiya ja sakta hai.




      4. No borders: Iss command ki sahayata se clipboard mein rakhe
        hue object ke formula ko Without Border cursor ke sthan par paste kiya
        ja sakta hai.

        kiya ja sakta hai. Jab hum usse object par mouse se click karte hai toh
        uss sthan par pahunch jate hai jahan ke liye humen link banaya hai.




      9. As Picture: Iss command ki sahayata se clipboard mein rakhe hue
        object ko picture ke roop mein Paste kiya ja sakta hai.





    • Format Painter: Iss command ki sahayata se select
      kiye gaye program ki formatting ko copy kiya ja sakta hai. Tatha doosre
      program par apply kiya ja sakta hai. Formatting apply karne ke liye use
      text ya object ko select kare, Jis par aap formatting apply karna chahate
      hain.(Shortcut Key - Ctrl+Shift+C)


    Font Group:



    Iss section mein present commands ki help se hum select kiye hue text ka
    font, font size, bold, italic, underline, increase font size, decrease font
    size, border, font color, fill color ityadi ko set kiya ja sakta hai.




    • Font: Iss command ki sahayata se select kiye hue text ka font (
      Hindi, English etc.) Badala ja sakta hai.

    • Font Size: Iss command ki sahayata se select kiye hue text ka font
      size ko badala ja sakta hai.

    • Font Color: Iss command ki sahayata se select kiye hue text ka
      font color change kar sakte hai.




    • Fill Color: Iss command ki sahayata se select kiye hue cell
      range ka background color change kiya ja sakta hai, Iss ke pass sthit
      Scroll Down Button par click karke aavashyakat aanusaar color select karke

    • Top Align: Iss command ki sahayata se cell mein present text ko

      Cell range mein Logical Condition ke aadhar par Formatting ki ja sakti
      hai. Formatting karne ke liye Condition ko select kare.

      table style mein badal sakte hai.

      badala ja sakta hai.

    Column, Worksheet ityadi ko insert tatha delete kiya ja sakta hai tatha unki
    formatting ki ja sakti hai. Ex: Row Height, Column Width, Hide & Unhide,
    Rename Sheet, Move or Copy Sheet, Tab Color, Protect Sheet etc.




    • Insert: Iss command ki sahayata se Work Book mein Cell, Row, Column
      tatha Worksheet ko insert kiya ja sakta hai.

      Column tatha Worksheet ko delete kiya ja sakta hai.

        Row wise dhoondhana hai ya column wise dhoondhana hai.




      7. Look In: Iss box mein yeh select karna hota hai ki humein word,
        Formulas, Value, Comments mein dhoondhana hai.




      8. Match Case: Iss check box ko on karne par jisee case mein text
        'Find what text box' mein type kar raha hai usse milte case ka text agar
        document mein hoga toh yeh search karega anyath yeh  message show
        karega ki jise word ko dhoondh rahe hai vah word nahi mila (The search
        item was not found).





    • Replace: Iss command ki help se worksheet mein se kisee bhi word ko
      search kar uski jagah par dusra word  change kiya ja sakta hai. Iss
      command par click karne par diya gaya dialogue box display hota hai.
      Displayed dialogue box ke Find what field mein vah text type kare jisee
      aap badalana chahate hai tatha Replace with mein vah text type kare jo aap
      change kar ke likhna chahate hai. Ex: agar worksheet mein Sandeep nam
      likha hai jise badalkar Sandy karna hai toh Find what mein Sandeep aur
      Replace with mein Sandy type kar Replace command par click karna
      hoga. Isme Replace command cursor ki vartaman sthiti wale ek hi word ko
      badalne ke liye tatha Replace All document mein se sabhi Words
      ko badalne ke liye use ki jati hai. (Shortcut Key - Ctrl + H)




    • Go To: Iss command ki help se worksheet mein se kisee bhi place par
      sidhe hi pahuncha ja sakta hai. Iss command ko chunane ke liye Find ke
      pass sthit button par click kar sakte hai.

    Tables Group:






    • Pivot Table: Microsoft Excel mein numeric data ko analysis karne ke
      liye chart ka prayog kiya jata hai. Agar vah data kaafi jatil
      (complex) ko to vah data samjhne mein aasan nahi hota hai. Kaafi jatil
      data ko analysis karne ke liye MS Excel mein pivot table ya pivot
      chart ka upayog kiya jata hai.


    • Table: Ms Excel mein command ki sahayata se table insert ki ja sakti
      hai.



    Illustrations Group:  >Iss bhaag mein upasthit commands ki sahayata se work sheet mein

      styles se word insert kar sakte hai. Iske liye word art command mein di

      hastakshar jod sakte hai. Iss command par click karne par ek dialogue
      box show hota hai. Jisme apko signer, signer's title, signer email
      address ke option mil jate hai.



      • Signer: Iss box mein Jiske hastakshar karna chahate hai
        uska naam likhe. Ex: Neha, Sandeep etc.


      • Signer's Title: Isme hastaksharkarta ka post (pad ka naam)
        type kare. Ex: Teacher, Doctor etc.


      • Signer E-mail Address: Isme hastaksharkarta ka email

      pradarshit list mein se Custom margins option ko select karen jisase

      • Margins: Iss tab mein diye gaye options ki sahayata se
        print hone wale page pa Left, Right, Top, Bottom tatha header va
        footer ka margin set kar sakte hai tatha page ko horizontal tatha
        vertical roop mein set kiya ja sakta hai. Print button se print
        nikal sakte hai va print preview button se page ko print hone se
        pahle uska preview dekh sakte hai aur option button se paper size
        va uska orientation set kar sakte hai.

    • Track Change: Yeh command workbook ko
      save karne ke bad kiye gaye parivartan ko highlight
      karen, sthai karne tatha hatane ke liye prayog kiya
      jata. Is command ka prayog karne per Highlight
      Changes menu pratishat hota hai.



      • Highlight Change: Yah command workbook
        mein kiye gaye parivartano ko alag se highlight
        karne ke liye prayog kiya jata hai. Is command per
        click karne par Highlight Changes dialogue box
        show hota hai.



        • Track Changes While Editing: Is
          check box ko on karne par editing karte samay
          kiye gaye parivartano ka track change ho jayega
          tatha un cells per ek indicator dikhai dega. Is
          cell per cursor le jaane se track change list
          dikhai de.


        • When: Is check box ko on karne
          par hamen yah batana hoga ki kin-kin
          parivartano ko highlight karna hai. Ismein diye
          gaye mukhy (Main) option All, Since date, Since
          I last saved hai.


        • Who: Is check box ko on karne
          par hamen yah batana hoga ki kin-kin users
          ke parivartano ko highlight karna hai.


        • Where: Is check box ko on karne
          par hamen vah cell range paribhashit karni
          hoti hai, jismein kiye gaye parivartano ko
          highlight karna chahate hain.


        • Highlight Change On Screen: Is check
          box ko on karne par kiye gaye parivartano ko
          screen par dekh sakte hai.


        • List Changes On New Sheet: Is check
          box ko on karne par kiye gaye parivartano ko new
          sheet mein save kar sakte hai.



      • Accept Or Reject Change: Is command ki
        sahayata se track changes dwara maloom kiye gaye
        parivartano ko workbook mein sthsi yah asthai kar
        sakte hain. Is command ko laagu karne per Select
        Changes to Accept or Reject dialogue box
        pradarshit hota hai.



        • Is dialogue box mein batana hota hai ki kin
          parivartano ko workbook mein sthai karna hai
          tatha hatana hai. Is dialogue box se option ko
          select kar ok button per click karne per accept
          or reject dialogue box pradarshit hota hai


        • Is dialogue box se Accept, Reject, Accept All or
          Reject All Button per click kar workbook mein
          kiye gaye parivartano ko sweekar kar sakte hain
          ya workbook se hata sakta hai.













    Chapter-7 View Menu



    Workbook View Group: View group ke sabhi commands
    worksheet mein type kiye gaye element ko vibhinn layout (Normal,
    Page Break, Full Screen etc.) mein dekhne ke liye prayog kiye
    jaate hain.




    • Normal: MS Excel workbook ka vah view hai
      jismein hum worksheet ke sabhi karya sampann karte hain
      arthat worksheet mein karya isee view mein kiya jata hai.


    • Page Layout: Is view mein document waisa hi
      dikhai deta hai, Jaisa humne banaya hai ismein header,
      footer, picture, ruler bar tatha page break aadi sabhi
      dikhai dete hai.


    • Page Break Preview: Is view mein worksheet dekh
      kar yah pata Laga sakte hain ki ismein kitne page hain evan
      kis page mein data kis tarah vyavasthit hai. Is view mein
      dekhai dene wali neeli line ko mouse se pakad kar page ki
      size reset kar sakte hain tatha isee view mein aage ka karya
      kar sake hai.


    • Custom View: Worksheet ke kisee sthan per
      pahuchne ke liye athva kisi bhi bhag ko dekhne ke liye
      custom view ka prayog kiya jata hai.


      • Steps for Custom View


      • Us bhag ko select Karen, Jiska view badalna chahte hai.

      • Iske bad add button per click karen.


      • Add view screen mein name box ke andar view ka naam type
        karke ok button par click karen. Aisa karne par jo view
        add kiya gaya hai, yah view management dialogue box ki
        view list mein dikhai dega. Inheen step ka prayog karte
        hue kitne bhi view bana sakte hai.


      • View ko dekhne ke liye view list se view name chunkar show
        command par click karen. Aisa karne per worksheet mein
        cell point us sthan per hoga jise cell range ka view bana
        rakha hai.



    • Full Screen: Yah command excel worksheet ke
      sabhi commands ko full screen par dekhne ke liye prayog kiya
      jata hai. Ise lagu karne per excel window ke sabhi toolbar
      Jaise- ribbon, formula, bar aadi sabhi off ho jaate hain.
      Keval worksheet content ke sath full title bar pradarshit
      hota hai.


    Show/Hide Group: 






    • Ruler: Is command ki sahayata se horizontal va
      vertical ruler bar ko on/off  kiya ja sakta hai, Yah
      command page layout view mein hi karya karti hain. Yah ek
      toggle command hai.


    • Gridlines: Is command ka prayog row and column
      gridline ko on/off karne ke liye kya jata hai.


    • Formula Bar: Is Command ka prayog formula bar ko
      on/off karne ke liye kiya jata hai. Lekin yah bar screen per
      by default on rahta hai.


    • Heading: Is command ka prayog row and column
      heading ko on/off karne ke liye kya jata hai.


    Zoom Group:






    • Zoom: Is command ke sahayata se worksheet ki
      display size ko chhota ya bada karke dekha ja sakta hai.
      Worksheet ki size ko maximum 400% tak zoom kiya ja sakta
      hai.


    • 100%: Iske command dwara worksheet ke content ke
      display ko hundred percent zoom karke dekha ja sakta.


    • Zoom to Selection: Is command dwara worksheet ke
      select content ke display ka zoom increase karke dekha ja
      sakta hai.


    Window Group: 






    • New Windows: Iss command ka prayog vartman
      windows mein kiya ja rahe karya ko nai windows mein dekhne
      ke liye kiya jata hai. Nai window open karke dur sthit data
      ko paas paas dekha ja sakta hai.


    • Arrange All: Is command dwara open ki gai new
      windows ko vyavasthit kiya ja sakta hai athva sabhi windows
      ko vyavasthit kiya ja sakta hai.


    • Freeze Panes: Yah ek mahatvpurn command hai,
      iske dwara vishesh row and column ko ek sthan per jamaya ja
      sakta hai. Inhen ek sthan per jamane ke bad windows ki
      scrolling ke sath in row and column ki scrolling nahin hogi.
      Unhen sheet mein karya karte samay kisi bhi sthan per dekha
      jata hai.



      • Freeze Top Row: Iske dwara top row ko jamaya
        ja sakta hai.


      • Freeze First Column: Iske dwara first column
        ko jamaya jata sakta hai.



    • Split: Is command dwara windows ko vibhajit kiya
      ja sakta hai. Iske lagu karne per active cell ke sabse upar
      baai aur cursor se char bhagon mein vibhajit ho jati hai.


    • Hide: Is command dwara windows ko chhupaya ja
      sakta hai.


    • Unhide: Is command dwara chhupai gai windows ko
      phir se dekh( unhide) ja sakta hai.


    • View Side By Side: Is command dwara open ki gai
      sabhi windows ko side-by-side karke dekha ja sakta hai.


    • Synchronous Scrolling: Is command dwara open ki
      gai sabhi windows ko ek sath scroll kiya ja sakta hai.


    • Reset Window Position: Is command dwara open ki
      gai sabhi windows ko side-by-side karte samay windows space
      ko barabar karke dekha ja sakta hai.


    • Save Work Space: Is command ka prayog file work
      space ko save karne ke liye kiya jata hai. Is file ki yah
      visheshta hoti hai ki file save karte samay cell pointer
      jahan hota hai, Vah vahi save ho jata hai. Jab file ko open
      kiya jata hai to cell pointer vahi dikhai deta hai. Jahan
      save kiya gaya tha. Save work space ki gai file ka extension
      ".XLWX" hota hai. Iska icon samanya workbook file se bhinn
      hota hai.


    • Switch Window: Is command ka prayog open ki gai
      file ki extra windows mein, ek windows se dusri windows mein
      jane ke liye kiya jata hai.



    >Macro Group: > >Macro Ms excel mein ek important command hai, jismein ek
    se adhik commands store kar sakte hain >.  >Avashyakta padhne per macro run karke unse sambandhit
    karya aasani se kiya ja sakta hai. Iske dwara excel mein
    chart taiyar karne ke step, formula ya kisee bhi

    • Recording Macro: Is command naya micro
      record kiya ja sakta hai. Is command per click karne
      par record macro dialogue box open hota hai.



      • Is dialogue box mein hamen Macro Name mein macro
        ka naam dena hota hai tatha agar macro ko keyword
        ke sath jodna chahte hain to hamen shortcut key
        mein Ctrl ke aage us key ko type karna hota hai.
        Taaki macro ko keyboard ke dwara bhi run karvaya
        ja sake. Jaise Ctrl+D, Ctrl + Q etc. Sabhi
        commands store karne ke bad recording band karne
        ke liye stop recording button dabaye.





    • Running Macro: Is command dwara macro ko
      run kiya ja sakta hai. Is command per click karne
      per record Macro dialogue box show hota hai. Macro
      run karne ke liye macro suchi(list) se macro name
      select kar run command per click karen.




    • View Macro: Iss command ki sahayata se
      banaye gaye macro ko dekha ja sakta hai.
